Session Length
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length. Longer sessions may be available upon request.
Payment through insurance:
I take the following Massachusetts insurances:
BCBS, Optum, UHC, MGB, UBH, Point32 Health, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, Carelon, Aetna, Wellpoint, Evernorth. I may be on other panels as well. Please check with your insurance to confirm coverage.
Payment out of pocket:

Reduced-fee slots are available based on financial need. Please reach out to discuss current availability.
Payment
Payment, whether out of pocket or insurance copay, is due at the time of each session. I accept PayPal or Venmo.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged $75, as the slot is reserved for you.
